About Faith Farm
Faith. Family. Farming. Rooted in Purpose.

This Farm Has a Name for a Reason
Faith Farm sits on 22 acres in Church Hill, Tennessee. Sarah Mansfield named it after her grandmother — a small tribute that shapes everything about how this place is run.
Sarah runs the farm alongside her two daughters and grandchildren. It's a working farm in every sense of the word: the animals are cared for daily, the land is tended by hand, and every experience offered here is built around the idea that people deserve a place to slow down.
Coffee with Cows started as a way to share the farm with the community. It turned into something people drive across East Tennessee for.

A Farm Full of Personalities
Faith Farm is home to more than just Highland cows. The property is shared with horses, a pony, a Highpark cow and her two-month-old heifer calf, miniature donkeys, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, dogs, and a cat. Every animal here is cared for like family.

Reba
Cool, calm, and always the first to greet you at the fence.

Dolly
Big personality, bigger hair. She's the one who'll steal your cinnamon roll if you're not careful.

Jolene
The youngest and the boldest. She wasn't supposed to come home — but she made sure she did.

Lainey & Winnie
Two sweet girls and wonderful additions to the Faith Farm family.

Nemo, the farm mascot
The stars of Coffee with Cows are Reba, Dolly, and Jolene — three Scottish Highland cows with long horns, thick coats, and a calm, friendly temperament that puts every visitor immediately at ease.

This Is Just the Beginning
Faith Farm is growing. Glamping is coming soon — luxury tent sites with soaking tubs, outdoor showers, a fire pit, and a pizza oven, all overlooking the cow pasture and Tennessee countryside.
Our beautiful flower field will be returning next season. And down the road, Sarah has plans for crafting with cows, Tea 'Bray'ke with the miniature donkeys, goat yoga, and ladies retreats.
The farm has a lot left to offer. Follow along on Facebook to keep up with what's next.

Come See It for Yourself
