Welcome to Faith Farm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at faithfarmtn.com and your participation in our experiences, including the Coffee with Cows experience. By visiting our website or booking a visit, you agree to these Terms.

About Us

Faith Farm is a family-owned farm located at 309 Hurd Rd, Church Hill, Tennessee 37642. We offer farm experiences, including Coffee with Cows, by appointment only from April through mid-December.

Bookings and Tickets

• All visits are by appointment only, and tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite.
• Ticket prices are listed on our website and booking page and may change without notice.
• We keep our groups small to ensure a peaceful experience for both visitors and our animals.
• Children under 2 are free but must be noted at the time of booking so we can account for them in our headcount.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms set forth on our Eventbrite booking page. Please review those terms carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to weather, animal well-being, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will work with you to reschedule or refund your booking.

Conduct and Safety

• Visitors must follow all instructions provided by Faith Farm staff regarding interaction with our animals.
• Our animals are friendly and accustomed to people, but they are still live animals. Visitors interact with them at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the visit.
• We reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave if their behavior poses a risk to the safety of our animals, staff, or other guests.

Assumption of Risk

Visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, proximity to animals, and exposure to outdoor conditions. By booking a visit, you assume all risks associated with your participation and release Faith Farm, its owners, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos during your visit for personal use. Faith Farm may also take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the start of your visit.

Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Faith Farm and may not be reproduced without our permission.
